Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund treatment for OpenFoxy advertising and other paid services.

Effective August 30, 2026 · OpenFoxy is operated by CodeGuard Host LLC.

Scope

This policy describes cancellation and refund treatment for OpenFoxy advertising and other paid services where no more specific product terms are provided.

Advertising cancellation

Advertisers may pause or cancel campaigns using available campaign controls. Pausing or cancellation applies prospectively and does not reverse valid advertising delivery that already occurred.

Delivered advertising is non-refundable

Advertising that has already been validly delivered is non-refundable. This includes valid billable clicks, viewable impressions, or other billable delivery completed before a campaign was paused or cancelled.

Exceptions may apply when required by applicable law or when OpenFoxy confirms a billing error, duplicate charge, invalid-traffic adjustment, or other correction.

Unused paid advertising balance

Any refund eligibility for an unused cash-funded advertising balance depends on payment method, account standing, pending charges, fraud review, chargebacks, taxes, promotional adjustments, and applicable law.

Promotional credits

Promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable, transferable, withdrawable, or redeemable for cash unless expressly stated otherwise.

Cloud and subscriptions

OpenFoxy Cloud pricing, renewal, usage, and cancellation terms will be disclosed before paid Cloud service launches.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact OpenFoxy before initiating a payment dispute when practical. An account may be restricted while a payment dispute is investigated.

Processing time

Approved refunds may require additional processing time by banks or payment processors.
