Advertising Policies

Standards for advertiser verification, ad content, targeting, marketplace integrity, billing, and enforcement.

Effective August 30, 2026 · OpenFoxy is operated by CodeGuard Host LLC.

Scope

These Advertising Policies apply to advertisers, businesses, campaigns, locations, creatives, landing pages, and billing activity using OpenFoxy Ads.

Advertiser verification

OpenFoxy may require email, identity, business, domain, website, or payment verification before an advertiser or campaign can serve.

Truthfulness and substantiation

Ads must be accurate, not misleading, and reasonably supported. Advertisers are responsible for claims about price, availability, performance, savings, qualifications, licensing, guarantees, or comparative statements.

Prohibited advertising

OpenFoxy may reject or restrict advertising involving illegal goods or services, fraud, malware, deceptive practices, exploitation, dangerous products, counterfeit goods, unauthorized surveillance, or other unacceptable-risk categories.

Restricted and sensitive categories

Some categories may be prohibited or require additional review, targeting limits, disclosures, age restrictions, geographic restrictions, or other controls.

Landing pages and destinations

Destination pages must work, match the advertised offer, identify the business, and avoid deceptive redirects, forced downloads, credential theft, malicious code, or materially different offers.

Targeting and user privacy

OpenFoxy Ads is designed around current-request context and coarse geographic eligibility. Advertisers do not receive users' private conversation history.

Auction and delivery

Campaign eligibility and ranking may consider bid, expected value, relevance, quality, pacing, budget, targeting, inventory, fraud controls, and other marketplace factors. A higher bid does not guarantee placement or results.

Billing and measurement

Campaigns may use supported CPC or CPM billing. Billable events are determined by OpenFoxy measurement, viewability, validity, deduplication, fraud, and attribution systems.

Invalid traffic

Self-clicks, automated traffic, click farms, coerced interactions, fabricated impressions, manipulated viewability, or other invalid traffic may be excluded from billing, reversed, investigated, or treated as a policy violation.

Promotions and credits

Promotional credits may be subject to eligibility, verified identity, qualified paid spend, expiration, non-transferability, no-cash-value terms, and anti-abuse controls.

Refunds and cancellations

Advertising already validly delivered is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and verified billing-error or invalid-traffic adjustments. Review the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Enforcement and review

OpenFoxy may reject creatives, pause campaigns, restrict serving, require changes, limit accounts, revoke promotional credits, suspend advertisers, or take other reasonable action to protect marketplace integrity.
